We work with care providers, landlords and investors to create stable, long-term supported housing for vulnerable people across Bury, Rochdale, Oldham and Tameside.
* GMCA Housing Report 2024 ** Housing LIN / Learning Disability England 2023 *** Coram Voice / MHCLG Statutory Homelessness Statistics 2024–25 **** GMCA November 2025
People with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, complex care needs, and those leaving care can and do live full, meaningful lives — when they have the right home around them. The challenge is housing. There are simply not enough suitable properties in the right places.
Behind every statistic is a person waiting. Adults with learning disabilities who have spent years in inappropriate placements. Young people who aged out of care into nothing. People with complex needs who cannot access the private market and cannot get onto social housing lists. We are working to change that — one property at a time.
"A supported living home is not a placement. It is someone's address — the place they come back to, the place they feel safe, the place that is truly theirs."
This structure has been used successfully across the country for many years. It works because each party does what they do best.
"17 adults with learning disabilities in Rochdale now have their own front door for the first time."
Cherwell Village, Rochdale. A second scheme is already underway. It can be done — and it has been done here.
We are actively searching for suitable properties across Greater Manchester. If you own or know of something that might fit, we would like to hear from you.

A call to understand your situation — no obligation, no pressure.
We visit your property at your convenience and discuss the options that fit.
You receive a clear, written proposal — nothing verbal, no surprises.
You take your time. Nothing is signed until you are completely happy.
If you are facing repossession risk, managing a probate property, dealing with rising mortgage costs, or simply at a point where carrying on is no longer the right answer — there is almost always a solution. We will listen, and we will work with you to find the most fitting one. No pressure and no obligation. Just an honest conversation about what might work.
If you are behind on mortgage payments and facing the threat of repossession, a long-term lease arrangement can generate the income you need to stabilise things. We move quickly and work discreetly.
Managing an inherited property through probate is stressful enough. We can take the property on, generate income for the estate, and remove the day-to-day burden entirely while the estate is settled.
With interest rates significantly higher than a few years ago, many landlords find the numbers no longer work. A guaranteed rent arrangement can provide certainty and make the figures viable again.
If you are approaching retirement or simply want to step back, a long-term lease keeps the income flowing without any of the management. You keep the asset. We handle everything else.
A jointly owned property during a divorce or separation can become complicated quickly. A guaranteed rent arrangement can stabilise the income while longer-term decisions are made about the asset.
Life changes — whether through ill health, relocation, family pressures or a shift in priorities. If managing a property no longer works for you, we can take it on and keep the income coming.
Some landlords reach a point where the day-to-day simply becomes too much. A long-term supported housing arrangement offers stable occupancy, reliable income and a professional structure behind every tenancy. Our tenants are placed and supported by professional care teams. Low turnover, stable occupancy, and none of the drama.

Empty pubs, former commercial premises, vacant upper floors — buildings that have been closed for years, waiting for the right conversation. We are having that conversation.
Greater Manchester has seen a wave of closures — pubs, offices, retail units. For the right operator with the right approach, these buildings represent something far more valuable than their asking price suggests.
We are actively looking at vacant and underused buildings across Rochdale, Oldham, Bury and Tameside — commercial premises, empty upper floors, former community buildings. We are open to purchasing outright, lease arrangements, or joint ventures. The Government's own 2024 guidance on public property disposal states that community benefit — not best financial price — is the primary objective. The mechanism already exists. Rochdale has already used it.

JCK Consulting Ltd is a property consultancy focused on supported housing, landlord support, property sourcing and commercial conversion across Bury, Rochdale, Oldham and Tameside. We connect the right housing with the right people — care providers who need stable housing for the people they support, landlords who want a simpler life, and investors who want a return that means something.
For care providers, we find and help secure the right housing for the people you support so your teams can focus entirely on care. We work alongside registered providers and management companies where appropriate and stay completely on the housing side.
Our background includes direct personal involvement with the care system — through caring responsibilities and close connections to the NHS and care networks. That experience gave us an understanding of what the care system needs from housing, and what it too often cannot find, that no amount of desk research provides.
Alongside this, Jitka holds the Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI) and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists (MCIL), with over 15 years interpreting for the NHS, the courts and the police — work that placed her alongside families and professionals navigating some of the most difficult situations the system asks of people.
We believe stable, suitable housing is the foundation on which everything else is built. Without it, the best care in the world cannot do what it should. Housing is not an afterthought in the care system — it is the starting point. That belief is why we do this work, and it shapes every decision we make.
Community comes first. Rochdale, Bury, Oldham, Tameside — these are places we know and are part of. When a building that has sat empty for years becomes a home, when someone who has waited a long time finally has somewhere stable and genuinely their own, when a family's worries about a difficult property are resolved — that is good for the street, the neighbourhood, the borough. That is the outcome we are working towards.
We do not overclaim. We work with what is real — local knowledge, direct relationships, and a consistent approach to doing things properly. We encourage everyone to take independent legal advice before agreeing anything. What we offer is honesty, commitment and a willingness to stay in the room until the right answer is found.
Property is a means. Community is the point.
